This famous and renowned House dates back to 1755 and is the oldest in the region recorded in u cial records. Maison Albert Pic & Fils belongs to Baron Patrick de Ladoucette former producer of Pouilly Fumé “Baron de L.”
The Albert Pic House boasts a full range of Chablis, including all the classic appellations of the area.
All the wines of Chablis originate from a single grape variety: chardonnay, a noble grape variety that develops its full potential in this area. The various designations are due to the di erent geogr aphic location of the vineyards and thus differences in exposure and geological nature.
The soil typical of the Chablis controlled designation area gives this wine a marked minerality.
COLOUR: pale yellow with bright and shining ri essi.
OLFACT: Aromas of tropical fruits accompanied by citric notes, light iodine and “pain brioche” scents.
FLAVOUR: On the palate, the body and minerality are in balance and enhance the liveliness and freshness in the nal, typical characteristics of the best Chablis.
