Alnus is the wine dedicated to hundreds of generations of Etna winemakers. The initial idea was to produce a rosé. Difficult and reductive, however, to frame it under this category. It is fresh and sharp as a white, and at the same time broad and reassuring, as only a good Etnean red can be. A few miglaia of bottles: too few for a rosé that is not rosé.
