In addition, because of its relaxing properties, we recommend tasting it diluted with hot water and honey, like an herbal tea, at night before bedtime.
Pure distillate of 34 officinal, digestive, tonic, refreshing, antiseptic herbs-including thyme, wormwood, lavender, angelica, fennel, tanacetus, sage, mint, lemon balm, isopus, cedarine, and chamomile.
Experienced herbalists cultivate herbs in fields near the distillery until they are brought to proper maturity. The distillate has been prepared by a secret method since 1857, so that all active ingredients are extracted completely and unaltered from the plants.
Alpestre is then aged for a long time in Slavonian oak barrels in Carmagnola’s spacious cellars and is finally bottled pure as it comes out of the barrel, with no added sugar, dyes or other additives.
