the unique and inimitable product. Just to protect the recipe from imitations, founder Stanislao Cobianchi chose to keep the original, transcribed in his own hand, in a safe. From the selection of raw material, through extraction, to “blending,” it is a long and complex journey, the stages of which have been observed for generations.
