Product: Amázzoni is not only the first gin created in Brazil in a dedicated distillery, it is a work of art that embraces five ingredients never before used in a gin. Juniper berries, pink pepper, bay leaf, lemon, tangerine, and coriander are mixed with five Amazonian gems: cacao, Brazilian chestnut, maxixe, water lily, and cipó cravo. These eleven ingredients are skillfully macerated in their natural state in distilled grain alcohol through the first still ever designed and cast in Brazil, located at the prestigious La Cachoeira distillery.

Flavor Profile: The result is a perfect balance of classic botanicals and local ingredients, resulting in a London Dry with an Amazon soul. Organic cocoa beans, maxixe fruit, and cipó cravo contribute a distinctive freshness, while Brazilian chestnut adds an oily texture and smooth finish.
