Antica Torino Vermouth Di Torino Dry
The Antica Torino winery, founded by Vittorio Zoppi and Filippo Antonelli, offers flavored wines, liqueurs and traditional spirits from Piedmont, creating new recipes, inspired by traditional ones, after extensive research and study of the liquor history of the Piedmont region.
Different from other types, the recipe for White Vermouth dates back to the decade between the 1940s and 1950s. Antica Torino’s is a reinterpretation of an ancient recipe belonging to Carlin, Paola Rogai’s uncle, a native of Alba. Like many heads of families he combined factory work at FIAT with work in the vineyards, producing Vermouth and wine.
