Sugars: 18% (180 grams per liter)
Ingredients: wine (Langhe Nebbiolo DOP 2018), sugar, alcohol, flavoring substances (herb and spice infusion)
PRODUCTION
To the base wine (Langhe Nebbiolo DOP) are added directly in the barrel selected roots and aromas, ethyl alcohol and sugars dosed in a millesimal manner. The gestation time is at least 15 to 30 days.
DESCRIPTION
Visual description: garnet red color.
Taste-olfactory description: bouquet of rose, nutmeg and herbs propel the chinato in the nose and more classic bitter herbs shape its backbone.
