WINEMAKING
Maceration: traditional, floating cap for 18 days
Aging: 20 months total, between oak barrels and bottle
Storage and shelf life: bottle lying down, more than 10 years
ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE
Intense ruby red color. Fine and elegant nose reminiscent of rose, with hints of raspberry, strawberry and spices.
In the mouth it is warm and enveloping, with a very delicate tannic texture.
The aftertaste is very broad, reminiscent of small red fruits, underbrush, and closes with pleasant spicy notes.
