Antica Torino Vermouth Di Torino White
The Antica Torino company, founded by Vittorio Zoppi and Filippo Antonelli, offers flavored wines, liqueurs and traditional spirits from Piedmont, creating new recipes, inspired by traditional ones, after in-depth research and studies of the liqueur history of the Piedmont region.
Different from the other types, the white Vermouth recipe dates back to the decade at the turn of the 40s and 50s of the last century. That of Antica Torino is a reinterpretation of an ancient recipe belonging to Carlin, the uncle of Paola Rogai, a native of Alba. Like many heads of the family, he combined work in the FIAT factory with the work in the vineyards, producing Vermouth and wine.
