The traditional vinification of Champagne in steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation is carried out for each wine. We control every step from the vineyard to the bottle sold.

Intense aromas, dominated by yellow-fleshed fruit notes progressing toward toasted hazelnut tones.
In the mouth it is full with a very intense presence of fruity notes. The dosage is light, allowing the wine to express its elegance.
A versatile and highly drinkable Champagne, suitable for all occasions. The smaller dosage pleases the most discerning palates and makes it ideal on cold cuts and fried foods.
