Aviation gin offers a unique taste experience, characterized by wonderful notes of lavender, cardamom, Indian sarsaparilla, anise seeds and, clearly, juniper berries.
On the palate, this American Gin has a definite presence, with a slight hint of lemon and juniper, followed by a pleasant aftertaste of creamy grain liquor, making it unique among other gins on the market.
