Aviation Gin is a distinct gin produced by the renowned House Spirits Distillery founded in 2004 in Portland, Oregon. This craft distillery is celebrated for its dedication to quality and has received numerous awards for its innovative products, inspired by collaboration with expert bartenders.
Aviation gin offers a unique taste experience, characterized by wonderful notes of lavender, cardamom, Indian sarsaparilla, anise seeds and, clearly, juniper berries.
On the palate, this American Gin has a definite presence, with a slight hint of lemon and juniper, followed by a pleasant aftertaste of creamy grain liquor, making it unique among other gins on the market.
The alcohol volume of this gin is 42%, and it comes in a 70 cl format.
The recommended serving temperature is between 6°C and 8°C.
