The name “Fermata 125” given to the wine, indicates one of the 4 stops in Passopisciaro (the second one, number precisely 125), located right in front of Cantine Valenti that produce in partnership with Baglio di Pianetto the wines we are talking about.

Technical Notes

Brilliant straw yellow, nose of orange blossom and acacia flowers with citrus notes, good acid balance in the mouth with marked savoriness accompanied by balsamic freshness, long and persistent finish.

Vinification

Soft pressing, natural decanting and fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel.

Refinement

In steel for at least 6 months sur lie in batonnage.
