Tasting notes:
The flagship of the House is at its best after a few years of aging. The color is golden yellow with greenish highlights. On the nose, the delicate and complex bouquet recalls hints of ripe white fruit with some mineral hints. The taste is of great breadth and roundness in which the acidic and juicy structure is perfectly adhered to the palate.
