The House, originally from the Névernais, has the largest property in the whole appellation and the cellars are located in the castle of Nozet in Pouilly-sur-Loire.
The family of the Barons de Ladoucette owns the largest property in the whole appellation and the cellars are located in the castle of Nozet in Pouilly-sur-Loire. The wine is made in small thermo-regulated steel barrels and the aging, again in steel, lasts 2/3 years. The richer and more clayey soil than that of Sancerre, gives more structured wines, with a slower maturation, which can be safely stored for up to five years.
COLOR: pale gold, clear and limpid.
NOSE: intense and rich bouquet dominated by white golds.
MOUTH: in the mouth it is dry, fresh and powerful with a perfect balance between aromas, structure and freshness.
