Grape varieties: Nerello Mascalese 80%, Nerello Cappuccio and Nerello Mantellato 20%.
Pairings: Slices of red meat and tuna, seafood and land roasts, excellent with Nebrodi Mountains cured meats and sweet and sour dishes.
