Features
The Gers and Landes straddle adopts the continuous still at 58% vol and the “Charantais” system, which is recognized by the 1972 decree as being of superior quality due to the elimination of impurities and the consequent achievement of a more refined and elegant spirit. 15 Ans is a blend of several vintages with over 15 years of aging in Gascony oak barrels.
