Bas Armagnac Dartigalongue 2006 Cl 70

Since the 19th century, the DARTIGALONGUE family has been marketing Armagnac Millésimés.
The vintage corresponds to the year of the harvest. The younger vintages marketed by Maison DARTIGALONGUE have a minimum of 15 years of aging in 400-liter oak barrels. After 40-50 years of aging in wood, they are then placed under glass, in demijohns, to preserve their taste qualities and to arrest the decrease in alcohol content. The oldest vintages are stored in the “Paradise.”
Each vintage is unique and has its own personality. Its characteristics change from year to year under the effect of aging and the “angel part”
(3 to 4% loss through evaporation each year in wood).
Bottling is done very regularly by hand, and the bottling date is systematically indicated on the back label.
Maison DARTIGALONGUE currently offers for sale more than 60 Vintage Armagnacs from the years 2000, 1990, 80, 70, etc., up to the 19th century (list of vintages available upon request).
