TERROIR AND ALTITUDE
Syrah grows on medium-textured, calcareous and sandy soils at an altitude of about 50 m above sea level.
HARVEST
In the second decade of August.
VINIFICATION AND AGING
After careful manual selection of the grapes, crushing takes place, and the fermentation start-up takes place with yeasts from the source grapes. Aging takes place in new and second-passage French oak barrels for 12 months, and then is completed in the bottle for at least 2 years.

PAIRINGS
It is the ideal wine to accompany charcuterie boards and goes well with aged cheeses such as Sicilian pecorino.
