is the highest expression of a project that, since 1977, has set as its goal the search for the pure essence of harmony. Today, it is a symbol of a tradition that aims to represent, in quality and type, the most mysterious soul of the land of Franciacorta and the winemaking style of Bellavista. A result obtained through an artisanal method that has become rare because of the meticulous care they devote to every single stage of processing and the respect we give to “time,” choosing nature and its extraordinary biodiversity as our only guide and unit of measurement.
In its name, “Alma,” the tender homage to the Terra di Franciacorta that generates wonders ( from Latin “almus” = that nourishes, that feeds and grows life. By extension: great, noble, magni co).

This cuvée represents the essence of Franciacorta and the idea of harmony of Bellavista’s signature Franciacorta Method. It is made from predominantly chardonnay grapes, then pinot noir and a small proportion of pinot blanc. In the winery it is assembled by skilled hands from numerous vintage selections and some “reserve” wines from previous vintages, an indispensable treasure to perpetuate the house style over time. Another decisive factor is the fermentation and élevage of part of the base wines in small white oak barrels, capable of bringing intensity and complexity. The color of the wine is straw yellow with green hues, the perlage fine and continuous. Broad and enveloping, the aromas range from ripe fruit and fresh flowers to notes of vanilla and pastry. In the mouth it is savory and complete, fresh and vibrant, decidedly consistent on the aromatic level. Long and harmonious finish.
