As with every “First Opera,” Bellavista reknits the thread of its connection with La Scala Theater.
A deep bond, nourished by great respect and awareness of the honor and responsibility of being a privileged “Official Partner and Supplier” representing the excellence of Italian wine.
Natural, long-lived and above all, Italian. This is the overall harmony of Bellavista’s Vendemmia Brut vintage. Tradition is our cornerstone; it is the furrow laid by the ancient Marmonnier presses adopted by Vittorio Moretti. The fruit of a happy intuition, they are now the cornerstone of a single thought that guides all our choices. In Bellavista the vines are not “cultivated,” but they are bred, they are “educated” to live long and healthy lives. And these vineyards are the best: best by exposure (south, southeast), best by altitude and best by years of age. Because a long-lived vine transfers character and style to the vintage. In “Harvests” we select the best of each vintage and the best of each vineyard. We thus elevate the concept of vintage through Bellavista’s signature style and “savoir faire.” Indeed, it is the difficulties that make us grow and the differences that confirm our identity. The vintage family is our team of champions and is above all the historical memory through which we build the identity of Alma Gran Cuvée. By virtue and because of this thought, it seemed natural, as well as exciting, to juxtapose the spirit of each Vendemmia Brut with the uniqueness of a Opera Prima that is renewed every December 7 in the enchantment of an all-Italian harmony.”
