Tasting Notes
- To the eye: Soft golden, bright and clear.
- Nose: Hints of flowers, dried fruit, brioche bread and a fresh touch of lemon verbena.
- Palate: Broad, harmonious, with mineral notes and flavors of cookie and white fruits.
Recommended pairings
Ideal with fine dishes such as veal carpaccio, grilled scallops and raw fish marinated in citrus. Serve at 10-11°C.
