This all-wood vinified cuvée comes from three champenois grape varieties. It fully embodies the art of blending and the ancestral spirit and know-how of the original champagnes.

A crystalline and shiny robe, golden yellow in color with brilliant reflections. Fine, sparkling, regular bubbles.
- Three champenois grape varieties in equal proportion
- Chardonnay Premier and Grand Cru of the Côte des Blancs
- Pinot Noir Premier and Grand Cru of the Montagne de Reims, Aÿ, Mareuil-sur-Aÿ
- Pinot Meunier from the Marne Valley (right bank).
- Dosage: 7 g/l
- Vinification and rearing in oak barrels at low temperature
- Partial malolactic fermentation
- 30-35% reserve wines
- Maturation sur lies/in cellar: 6-7 years

PALATE
An explosion of flavors with grilled notes of milk brioche and toffee, made possible by the intensity and maturity that distinguish the great wines of Champagne.
The olfactory impact expresses a wealth of harmonic expression (dried fruit, fresh citrus and white fruits) associated with seductive notes that are delicately buttered.
The strong and sincere character make this champagne the ideal companion for shellfish dishes, white meats or pan-fried chickens.Serving temperature: 10°.
