Billecart Salmon Champagne Brut Vintage 2013
This cuvée sourced entirely from the Chardonnay grape was produced from four grand crus of the Côte des Blancs: Avize, Chouilly, Cramant, Mesnil-sur-Oger. The result of blending two vintages, it reveals all the peculiarities of Chardonnay. Its complexity, vinosity and incredibly fresh finish are appreciated by all enthusiasts.

APPEARANCE
This wine with its light golden color and delicate bright yellow hues is naturally dressed with a subtle effervescence.
The palate offers a taut and charming tactile pleasure, with flavors of blueberry and cherry clafoutis, amplified by the delicate texture of a slow, creamy mousse intake. The wine is distinguished by a lively, elegant character and precise structure and ends on a lingering finish.
AROMA
Delicious intensity of precise fruit with elegant notes of nuts and stone fruits (fresh hazelnuts, pomelo pulp). A sensory development built on exquisite pastry notes (raw butter, lemon cream). A controlled aromatic expression endowed with a refreshing and refined purity.
A deeply sculpted Vintage with a noble and elegant character. It is fully savored with a sea bream ceviche with citrus and avocado or a seared foie gras with peach, verbena, and rhubarb.
