This wine with its light golden color and delicate bright yellow hues is naturally dressed with a subtle effervescence.
The palate offers a taut and charming tactile pleasure, with flavors of blueberry and cherry clafoutis, amplified by the delicate texture of a slow, creamy mousse intake. The wine is distinguished by a lively, elegant character and precise structure and ends on a lingering finish.
Delicious intensity of precise fruit with elegant notes of nuts and stone fruits (fresh hazelnuts, pomelo pulp). A sensory development built on exquisite pastry notes (raw butter, lemon cream). A controlled aromatic expression endowed with a refreshing and refined purity.
