It is so pleasant to drink, in our opinion, that we have worked to make it a companion to our imaginative tables, in which it accompanies both meat and pitch dishes especially when embellished with Mediterranean spices. All of this, since it is a red wine, with the ‘goal of restoring cleanliness to the palate and craving for another bite … and another sip.
