Made exclusively from the Chardonnay grape variety, this wine represents the ” lace ” of champagne. It was once nicknamed so because of its fine and persistent white froth.

The Première Cuvée is a very personal interpretation of the entire region through a selection of 35 of Champagne’s 320 crus.
It is a standard-bearer of the Maison. Of only first quality, it must go through, remaining true to itself, good years as well as unhappy years.

More than 30 cru the result of Champagne’s noblest terroirs, the composition of which is kept secret.
Assembly
Extra brut very little dosage in sugar, less than 6 g/l; a very pure, very authentic champagne. (As a reminder, ” extra brut ” dosage describes a sugar presence of up to 6 g/l).cask.

25 vintages assembled since 1985 in a proportion of up to 50%.
Maturation
Maturation is extended well beyond the legal duration : 3 ans on lees followed by a minimum of 5 months after disgorgement.
