Vintage Collection Dosage Zéro has no addition of liqueur d’expédition (dosage syrup added in minimal amounts in other Franciacorta wines during dégorgement). 18 Chardonnay vineyards, with an average age of 32 years, located in the communes of Erbusco, Adro, Cazzago San Martino, Corte Franca and Passirano.
3 Pinot Blanc vineyards, with an average age of 28 years, located in the municipality of Passirano.
7 Pinot Noir vineyards, with an average age of 30 years, located in the communes of Erbusco and Passirano.

8,200 kilograms of grapes, equivalent to 3,530 liters of wine (wine yield: 43%).
Franciacorta Vintage Collection wines are the result of careful grape selection and expert winemaking conducted in full respect of the Ca’ del Bosco Method. The grapes, freshly hand-picked in small boxes, are graded and cooled. Each cluster is selected by expert eyes and hands, and then
Benefit from exclusive “acini spa.” A special system of washing and whirlpooling the clusters, through three soaking tanks and a tunnel
of drying. After crushing in the absence of oxygen, all musts from the base wines ferment in small oak barrels. To search for maximum complexity
aromatic and expressive power, without losing elegance, barrel elevage has a duration of only 5 months. A pair of flying tanks allows the gravity transfer of wines from small barrels to aging tanks. After 7 months have passed since the harvest, the cuvée is created. The Vintage Collection Dosage Zéro 2015 is the result of an expert blending of 24 base wines of Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir that give the finished product a particular profile, pure and sincere, the fruit of the best expression of terroir and man
who sensed its character and potential. Dégorgement takes place in the absence of oxygen, using a unique system designed and patented by Ca’
of the Forest. This avoids oxidative shock and further addition of sulfites, making our Franciacortas purer, more pleasant and longer-lived. Finally, each bottle
packaged is uniquely marked to ensure traceability.
