The fruit, first of all. Created by Christian Drouin in the 1990s, the recipe of the
Sélection
was developed with the aim of offering calvados perfectly suited to the art of “mixology.” Bartenders, chefs in search of the finest calvados and connoisseurs of light spirits choose the Sélection. After simple distillation in a column still, aged only two years in old barrels and processed from apples and pears (30 percent), it offers light and elegant aromas of fresh fruit. The scent of apple reaches its paroxysm.
