Cantine Florio Marsala Superiore Riserva Secco 2000 is a fortified quality DOC Marsala Superiore Riserva Secco wine made from the best DOC white grapes for Marsala in 1999. This Marsala Superiore Riserva Secco was made from grapes hand-picked in over-ripening on the vine, starting in mid-September, and is an extraordinary interpretation of the Marsala and inland area of the province of Trapani. With an alcohol content of 18% vol, it has a sugar content of 35 g/l. After aging for 21 years in oak barrels, this Marsala develops a personal and unique architecture, encased in only 900 numbered bottles. It is a meditation wine to be enjoyed at a serving temperature of 14-16°C.
