Capovilla is probably the best distiller in the world. We could call him one of the last nomadic distillers, since he travels in search of the wild fruit in the most diverse places, from the Asiago plateau to Romania. Thanks to Fabio Luglio, we met almost two decades ago and became partners and, most importantly, friends. Gianni Capovilla is a 73-year-old young dreamer who produces excellent distillates. He decided to exclusively dedicate this range to us, which is bottled at a higher grade than his traditional range, and is therefore more intense and fragrant.
