Caravaglio Infatata Salina White Dry Malvasia 2021 Cl 75

This wine is made from Malvasia di Lipari grapes grown in full respect
Of nature, in the Tricoli vineyard. The plot is triangular in shape,
hence the name. The vineyard projects onto the north side of the island of Salina, with northwest exposure in an embrace toward the blue Mediterranean.
Grapes are fermented exclusively on indigenous yeasts and
temperature-controlled.

Tasting notes: it is elegant at first olfactory impact: white flowers (jasmine) give way to fruit (apple, grapefruit), and then find aromatic herbs. The goblet accommodates the true nature of the Malvasia grape. Strong brackish notes and long persistence in the mouth.
