Occhio di Terra Malvasia is a dry white wine, a veritable treasure chest of aromas that are delicately released.
Here, Malvasia di Lipari is pure, protagonist and powerful.
100% Malvasia di Lipari grapes harvested the first week of September, vinified in the presence of their skins in temperature-controlled tanks.
The must-wine remains in contact with the skins for about 10 days. After alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation follows. The resulting wine remains on its fine lees for about six months. Decanted, after a light filtration it is bottled.
