This wine celebrates the marriage of two red grapes that have a long history in these lands: black Corinth and Nero d’Avola, vines well acclimatized on the island of Salina from which the grapes come, grown with total respect for nature.
The wine comes from fermentation on native yeasts only.
It matures for one year 50% in steel casks and 50% in oak barrels. This is followed by further refinement in the bottle.
