The third release of the Caroni Employees series was born on April 12, 2019 when Luca Gargano and 26 Caroni Lovers, divided into 8 tasting gangs, spent the entire day among the remaining Caroni barrels. This third release in the series dedicated to Caroni distillery employees consists of three blends aged in Trinidad: a 4-cask blend from 1996, a 7-cask blend from 1998, and an 8-cask blend from 2000. The Heavy Rum “Nita Nitz Hogan” Employees 3rd Release 2000 belongs to this series: bottled at full grade, it is a rich and aromatic Rum, long-lived, complex and important.
