Masso is the name of the cru from which the grapes come. The name originates from the block of sandy rock structure with red stones with high iron component. This strong mineral structure gives the wine particular flavor and freshness.

Vineyard age: 55 years, from wild plants grafted by hand
Planting density: 2,600 vines per hectare

Harvest: Manual, in crates
Vinification: Fermentation in a concrete container in contact with the skins for a quarter of the fermentation.
Aging: Sur lies with batonnage in cement for 6 months.
Organoleptic characteristics: Yellow in color with bright greenish highlights, the nose has delicate notes of bay leaf and mint, with citrusy hints of lumie. Mineral returns. The palate is very fresh and persistent, with marked acidity and balanced savoriness, long aromatic intensity of fruit and freshness.
Alcoholic strength: 13.50% vol.
Storage: Cool, dry environment, preferably in the dark, with bottles lying down.
Food pairing: Fish, white meats, fresh cheeses. Pleasant as an aperitif.
