Grape varieties: Frappato di Vittoria 40%, Nero d’Avola 60%.

Soil type: red soils, from sub-Apennine sands, of Pliocene origin and limestone nature, interspersed with siliceous sand and clay.
Training system: Guyot, espalier.
Planting density: 5,000 vines per hectare.
Average age of vines: 20 years.
Harvest time: late September/October.
Fermentation: spontaneous on the skins with indigenous yeasts.
Aging: Slavonian barrels and bottle.
