Coming from lots all located on the right bank of the Serein, the river that flows through
Chablis, Chablis Per Aspera stands out for its balance and avid character.

Vinification and breeding
Alcoholic fermentation: temperature control (between 16 and 18°C) malolactic fermentation: 100% Volume: stainless steel (50 to 130 hl) and oak barrels (half 500 liter barrels)

Provenance: lots located on the communes of Chablis, Fleys, Béru and Chichée
