Casa Albert Pic boasts a complete range of Chablis, which includes all the classic appellations of the area.
All the wines of Chablis originate from a single grape variety: Chardonnay, a noble grape which in this area fully develops its great potential. The various denominations are due to the di erent geographical location of the vineyards and therefore to the diversity of exposure and geological nature.
The typical soil of the Chablis controlled denomination area gives this wine a marked minerality.
COLOR: pale yellow with bright and brilliant reflections.
SMELL: aromas of tropical fruits accompanied by citrus notes, light iodized hints and “pain brioche”.
TASTE: on the palate the body and minerality are in balance and in the end enhance the vivacity and freshness, typical characteristics of the best Chablis.
