VINIFICATION This Blanc de Blancs, made exclusively from Chardonnay, is an expression of great aromatic richness. Its freshness and ripe fruity flavor profile make it a wine of great finesse.

Rich and pleasant, it reveals all the freshness of a blend composed of complementary terroirs and features powerful, sweet and harmonious floral fragrances of hawthorn and mimosa. The distinct fineness of these floral scents is followed by the skillful ripeness of beautiful fruity aromas: white peach, Granny Smith apple and Conference pear.

The attack is broad and creamy; the wine surprises with its presence and variation of fruity flavors already identified on the nose. After a few moments of refinement in the mouth, a fairly pronounced chalk mineral scent ensures a balanced structure. The finish is nervous but controlled, long and harmonious, dominated by fresh grapefruit citrus zest.
