The delicate blending of the expression of one vintage and a majority of reserve wines, some of which are kept in magnums for 5 to 15 years
The Special Cuvée is composed of more than 85 percent Grand and Premier cru of the three main Champagne varieties: 60 percent Pinot Noir, 25 percent Chardonnay and 15 percent Meunier.
It is aged in the cellar for twice the time stipulated in the appellation specification. It is moderately dosed between 7 and 8 grams per liter.

Special Cuvée is the result of a precise blend of multiple vintages and especially reserve wines, which give the wine all its structure and make it a Bollinger style reference.
TASTING NOTES
To the eye
Golden color, characteristic of black grape varieties; very fine bubbles.
Nose
Beautiful aromatic complexity; ripe fruit and spicy aromas; hints of roasted apples, compote and peaches.
On the palate
A subtle combination of structure, length and liveliness; bubbles like velvet; pear, brioche and spicy aromas, hints of fresh walnut.

To enhance its unique style, bouquet and aromas, this wine should be served between 8 and 10°C. You can enjoy the Special Cuvée right away, or choose to age it in your cellar.
