– Number of months resting in stainless steel tank: 8 months

3000 bottles numbered 0001 to 3000 were produced from this cuvée.
THE EYE: A blond, bright, golden topaz color, a thick disc rich in glycerol.
TO THE NOSE: There is an impression of fullness and elegance. No aggressiveness of alcohol.
IN THE MOUTH: We find incense, vanilla, sweet spices, a touch of anise, the warmth of tropical forest and endless persistence.
