The Chocolate with Caffè Liberica Napolitaines Claudio Corallo, produced on the island of São Tomé and Príncipe by the owner together with his daughter Ricciarda and about two hundred people, is totally artisanal and the cocoa plants are part of the surrounding forest. From the blend of the best chocolate in the world and an ancient variety coffee with large and hard fruits that need to be peeled by hand, a little fun for the palate is born.
