COCCHI’S ASTI represents the ancient sparkling wine school of the world’s best-known aromatic sparkling wine.
Giulio Cocchi now produces it in small quantities by fermenting in steel vats the finest and most selected muscatels from the Asti hills.
Creamy and delicate in taste and fragrant in aroma, it is the classic party wine aimed at everyone thanks to its natural character and low alcohol content. All the colors of the flags of the ancient Palio of Asti are depicted in this bottle that Giulio Cocchi produces with experience now more than a hundred years old.
VINIFICATION AND SPARKLING WINE MAKING
Every effort is made in the winery to maintain and enhance that original fruity and delicate aroma of the grapes with whole cluster pressing to obtain a very sweet must that will then ferment slowly in steel vats until it achieves its very fine bubbles and froth.
Asti Cocchi is a sweet sparkling wine with the immediate aromatic fragrance of muscat grapes and the rich, intense and fruity aroma of wisteria, acacia and honey. It is characterized by balanced sweetness and low alcohol content(7%).
Ideal paired with desserts, it cannot be missed with almond and hazelnut desserts.
