The 330 slm Sparkling White is a simple and sunny sparkling wine. It gets its name from the 330 meters above sea level of the vineyard from which it comes. Immediately perceptible are hints of exotic fruit, citrus and minerals. Once tasted, freshness and savoriness give the liquid great drinkability aided by a very fine bubble as a constant background.

The result
Tasting Notes: Light straw yellow color with greenish highlights. On the nose, a floral and fresh fruit bouquet accompanies a finish with balsamic tones, some iodine notes and mineral verve. On tasting, the sip is fresh, dynamic; it closes with a delicate almond note.
Pairing: This is a streamlined, immediate wine that invites conviviality. Perfect for aperitifs, but also to pair with first courses of fish from the Venetian Lagoon.
