Crémant De Bourgogne Baronne du Chatelard
Château du Chatelard is considered a part of French history; vineyards have been cultivated here since the time of Charlemagne in the 7th century AD. During the French Revolution, Château du Chatelard was destroyed and then rebuilt in the 18th century. The owners today are a young family.
Sylvain Rosier, enjoyed a boyhood immersed in the tradition of wine making.
Today there are 30 ha. in production.
The vineyards are mostly older than 1955 on the most beautiful soils of Beaujolais.
Blend of carefully hand-selected grapes and aging on its own yeasts for at least 12 months.
The straw yellow color with fine and persistent perlage introduces crisp citrus aromas and floral sensations.
The sip is fine, agile, fresh, mineral and balanced
