The 2012 vintage is among the most difficult and delicate ever seen in Champagne. The great things often arise from difficulties … The low yields, the result of climatic adversities, together with the continental conditions of
at the end of the season, they allowed to reach a rare and epic level of maturation, giving life to rich, full-bodied and structured wines, worthy of the greatest vintages of Champagne.

PROCESSING
To elaborate its rosé champagnes, the Maison Louis Roederer has developed, over the years, an absolutely unique method in Champagne: “infusion”, which
allows you to extract the juicy and ripe part of Pinot noir while preserving a great freshness. Part of the Chardonnay juices are poured into a Pinot noir maceration, to ferment
together and integrate perfectly.
The dosage is 8 g / l.
