Cuordilava 2018, ruby red in color, has a bouquet of small red fruits and orange peel accompanied by spicy notes (cinnamon) that blend with fresh balsamic and underbrush scents. The palate is broad and deep, characterized by well-integrated tannins and elegant minerality; the long persistent finish enhances its extraordinary personality.

The harvest of Nerello Mascalese, with careful selection in the vineyard, took place in the first decade of October.
Fermentation in stainless steel with maceration on the skins for 10-12 days at a temperature of 25° C
for over a year in French oak barrels and then for at least 30 months in bottle before release.
