Straddling Gers and Landes, they adopt the continuous still at 58% vol and the “Charantais” system, recognized by the 1972 decree as being of superior quality due to the ‘elimination of impurities and the consequent achievement of a more refined and elegant spirit. Aged a minimum of 7-8 years, it is made in new (30 percent) 400-liter Guasconia oak barrels.

Tasting notes:
The deep amber color evokes fine scents of candied citrus and almond on the nose. On the palate, well-present tannins provide good balance and freshness. In the mouth, aromas of white flowers, violet and nuts are enhanced.
