Features
The Gers and Landes straddle adopts the continuous still at 58% vol and the “Charantais” system, which is recognized by the 1972 decree as being of superior quality due to the elimination of impurities and the consequent achievement of a more refined and elegant spirit. Aged a minimum of 7-8 years, it is made in new (30 percent) 400-liter Guasconia oak barrels.

Tasting notes:
The deep amber color anticipates distinct hints of coffee and dried flowers. On the palate we find a taste of good texture, body and length with candied fruit aftertaste
