Del Grillo Organic Tomato Puree (680gx3bt)
Passata di pomodoro del Grillo is made from organically grown tomatoes grown on difamiglia land located in the municipalities of Alcamo and Vita (TP).
The structure of the soils is sandy and the low water supply means that tomatoes (called siccagno, in fact) ripen and develop only with the natural moisture brought by the temperature range between day and night, aided by an average altitude of 400 m above sea level.
When they reach the right degree of ripeness, they are harvested and selected strictly by hand and processed without the addition of other ingredients and preservatives. Cooking takes place at a temperature of 60° to maintain the organoleptic porprieties of the raw material and tomato puree unchanged, and finally when the product is packaged pasteurization takes place to ensure its shelf life.
Store in a cool, dry place away from light and heat sources. Once the package is opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 2 to 3 days
