Characteristics
The Verrières of 1965 represents an important year in Delamain’s history; it is the epitome of what can be achieved with the best water up to maximum maturity.
This extraordinary barrel has remained in the same corner of the cellar, bene- fiting from changes in temperature and airflow year after year, evolving into a Cognac of sublime intensity and richness.
Vinification:
AGING: in our cellars since February 1966. He was selected by Jean Delamain, director of the Maison and renowned botanist.

Tasting notes:
On the nose, soft notes of spice and orange marmalade marry into a consistent taste reminiscent of nuts, apricot, and quince.
